Updated: Oct 29, 2020

In association with United We Care an upcoming startup doing a wonderful job around mental health, Peaceofmind Counseling Services, under Meghna Singh, conducted a live Facebook interaction on the 6th of October, 2020, especially to celebrate the World Mental Health Week.

This particular interaction was a huge hit and in fact is gaining momentum each passing day.

Counseling Psychologist Meghna Singh, structured the talk under three four broad categories:

  1. What is the meaning of Mental Health?

  2. What were the various Misconceptions around Mental Health and illness?

  3. The symptoms that could tell an individual he/she might be facing mental health challenges

  4. When to know counseling is required?

  5. Myths/Taboos around seeking counseling!

Peaceofmind is constantly striving towards increasing awareness around the need for mental health in todays times and how professional counseling helps and supports people to better their lives.

There shall be hence more and more sessions like these where people can join in and interact with our experts.

Willing professionals can approach us directly for workshops, webinars and counseling programs for their institutes/colleges.
